Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. A proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with an instructions. Please note that returns sent back without prior approval will not be processed.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom-made or personalized products, perishable goods, and personal care items. Returns are also not accepted for sale items. For specific concerns, please contact us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
