Shipping Duration

We process shipments Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (GMT +8), excluding Malaysian public holidays. Below is an approximate timeline for when you can expect to receive your parcel:

West Malaysia	1 to 3 business days after fulfilment
East Malaysia	3 to 5 business days after fulfilment
Singapore	Around 7 business days after fulfilment

Processing Time

We strive to ship your order as promptly as possible. However, during periods of high order volume, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to carefully pack and dispatch your package.

Tax & Duties

For orders within Malaysia, no taxes or duties will apply.

For international orders, we mark packages as gifts to help avoid customs charges, but any fees that still apply are the buyer's responsibility. We are not liable for customs duties or taxes—please contact your local customs office for more information. Any delays due to customs clearance or lost items in transit are the responsibility of the customer.
